25 March 2013 - After problems with its U.S. customers and other business plans Rossi now apparently, the E-Cat to produce on their own - which is still completely unclear. Difficulties with the licensing agreements are seemingly the planned production and distribution of the E-Cat in the U.S. in the way. Also the delivery of the completed 1MW power plant with 52 E-Cat units to the U.S. customer has been postponed.
